The Prosecutor General of Supreme People’s Procuracy welcomes the delegation of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate

Mr Le Minh Tri, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy welcomed Mr. Zhang Xue Qiao, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of China

Attending the reception, there were Mr Tran Cong Phan, Deputy  Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy, representative of departments of the Supreme People's Procuracy and the head of the Procuracy of Quang Ninh province.

Speaking at the reception, Mr Le Minh Tri, Prosecutor General of  the Supreme People's Procuracy, highly appreciated the results of the Conference of the Procuracies of provinces sharing the Vietnam-China border held on 28/11; Also, he affirmed the good traditional friendship between the two Parties, the two Governments and the people of the two states, Vietnam and China, had been nurturing by President Ho Chi Minh and President Mao Zedong and generations of the two countries’ leaders. Mr Le Minh Tri shared his wish to enhance the cooperation, exchange of experience in the field of justice, especially in the prevention of international crimes, cyber crimes and high-tech crimes…

The General Prosecutor Le Minh Tri expressed his belief that in the time ahead, the friendly and cooperative relationship between the two Prosecution Branches in common and between the Procuracies of provinces sharing the Vietnam-China border in particular would be increasingly developed, achieve practical results, contribute to the improvement and strengthening of the good traditional friendship between the two countries.

Also at the reception, Mr Zhang Xue Qiao, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China said that the purpose of the visit of the delegation in Viet Nam is discussing the improvement of the cooperation in the fields of mutual legal assistance in criminal matters; training and fostering officers; environment protection; he also gave the quick information of the results of the Chinese delegation’s working visit in Viet Nam. Mr Zhang Xue Qiao hoped that, in the coming time, the two sides would strengthen the cooperation not only at the provincial level between the procuracies of  provinces sharing the Vietnam-China border but also at all prosecution branches, thereby, the good traditional friendship between the two countries in common and between the two Procuracies in particular would be more and more improved, strengthened and developed.
