Attending the meeting were representatives of the Department of International Cooperation and Mutual legal assistance in Criminal matters, Department ofLegal Affairs, Department of Emulation and Commendation, University for Prosecutors in Hanoi and Investigation Agency of Supreme People's Procuracy.

On November 6th and 7th, 2019, the 12th ASEAN-China Prosecutors-General Conference was held in Siem Reap, Cambodia with the topic: “The Role of Prosecutors in Regionally Combating Human Trafficking”. The Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam delegation, led by Mr. Le Minh Tri, Prosecutor General attended the Conference.

On November 29, 2019, H.E Mr Le Minh Tri, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Party Personnel Committee, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy received the delegation from the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of China led by Mr Zhang Xue Qiao, Deputy Prosecutor General.

Continuing the conference program, on the afternoon of August 14, 2019, under the chair of Mr Le Minh Tri, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of Viet Nam and Mr Khamsane Souvong, Prosecutor General of the Supreme People’s Procuracy of of Laos , delegates focused on discussing about the results of mutual legal assistance in criminal matters between the Procuracies of border provinces and approving the Conference Memorandum.
